STAGE - Start up private companies seeking assistance with revenue growth and strategic acquisitions.
COMPANY SIZE - No company or idea is too small, but we prefer to work with private companies that have revenue.
INDUSTRY/SECTOR - We’re industry and sector agnostic but are actively seeking to invest into disruptive and cutting-edge businesses. We have a focus on Housing, Proptech, Green Construction Technology, Agroindustry, Mining, Consumer Goods & Renewables.
GEOGRAPHY – We work with companies that operate in jurisdictions that have stable and functioning governments and established rule of law. Preference is to work in North America and Europe.
